When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with Dancers Box UK when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method. You will then receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details.

To place an order through the site you must be 18years old and have valid card details to a registered bank.
You can place an order using a debit/credit card or with a registered PayPal account, by creating a secure account or checking out as a guest. We also accept payment via bank transfer.
If you want to add additional items to your order after placing it, please contact us (this is dependent on the status of your order). Unfortunately, if you placed your order using PayPal, you are unable to add on items to the original order. You would have to place a new order through the website.
Some of our dance shoes come in European or American sizes which we convert into English sizing’s. The size you ordered may not match the size on the box, but it is correct converted size. Please try on both shoes to check the fit.
Dancers Box UK works hard to keep the site and stock levels up to date. If an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges. The available items in your order will be shipped to you as normal.
Dancers Box UK reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:
We only ship to the UK and Europe. We cannot ship to the US.
We offer a click and collect service from either our Erith or Gravesend store.
We send all our orders via Royal Mail 2nd class.
Next day delivery is available if ordered before 3pm. For all next day deliveries, we will send “tracked and signed for”. We recommend that you provide us with a shipping address to someone you trust to sign for the goods, just in case you are not in to sign for your delivery.
Please use the Dancers Box UK return form found in your order mail bag, complete and send your item(s) and the original receipt in a mailing bag and send it back to us. If you are returning items for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of cost as soon as we have received the original item back in-store.

What can you return?
You can return any unworn items that are in a re-saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 14days. Items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition, or eligible for refund will be posted back to you.
Items must be in their original packaging with labels attached.
What can you not return?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns from underwear, tights, face-paint, wigs or any items which look worn or faulty back for a refund or an exchange.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com before completing the return form found in your order mailing bag. At Dancers Box UK we fully inspect and check our products before sending them to ensure that you get not only the best service but quality dance-wear and fancy-dress straight to your front door.
How long to process a return?
If you are due a refund, the funds will be available in your account within 3-5 business days. PayPal funds will be available immediately after processing your return. If you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item upon processing your return. In the unlikely event that your requested replacement item is unavailable, you will be issued with a refund.
This does not affect your rights.
All quoted prices include UK VAT where applicable. Any overseas customers please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making any orders on the website.
To join the dance teacher discount scheme, you must be a registered dance teacher or registered dance school owner. Verification will be required to sign up.
If you stop teaching or leave the profession, you will no longer be able to use your account.
You will receive a 15% discount on standard prices before any special offers, such as items that may be on sale.
Orders over £150 will be eligible for additional discounts.

If you are ordering a large quantity of the same item that we usually hold low stock of, please be aware that we may have to specially order these in from our suppliers. If you decide to cancel, or return part or all of the order, you may be liable to pay a return-on-stock charge (25% of your order amount). This excludes made to order items as they are strictly non-refundable.
